Our Nutrition

In efforts to combat childhood obesity and poor nutrition that is plaguing our society, we feel it is imperative to instill a “farm to table” approach. Incorporating the benefits of an organic, fresh, and nutritious menu throughout the day increases productivity, learning, and functioning of our children.

We have a 4-week rotating organic nutritional program put together by one of South America’s renown child nutritionists.  We utilize only fresh or fresh frozen organic ingredients and strive to teach our students to explore new and healthy foods such as avocados, quinoa, and all of nature’s beautiful vegetables.  Through our on-site garden, we will allow the students to plant, cultivate, and prepare the foods they grow, for a true farm to table experience.   To see what your child will eat daily click below.
